Responsibilities

- Translate quantum computing innovations into commercial solutions for healthcare, finance, and logistics
- Mentor PhD candidates and junior researchers in quantum theory and experimental physics
- Secure and manage federal research grants exceeding $5M annually
- Represent the company at global quantum computing summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of postdoctoral research
- Proven expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent high-impact journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Experience with superconducting qubit systems or photonic quantum processors
- Strong background in machine learning and classical-quantum hybrid algorithms
- Demonstrated ability to secure federal research grants (NSF, DOE, DARPA)
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
