Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning applications
- Develop error-correction protocols and fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures
- Lead experimental research on superconducting qubits and photonic quantum systems
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to advance quantum processor designs
- Author peer-reviewed publications and present findings at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and establish cross-functional partnerships

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of research experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithm development and quantum error correction

- Strong background in superconducting qubit manipulation or photonic quantum systems
- Demonstrated track record of high-impact publications in Nature/Science journals
