Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for practical industrial applications

- Secure $5M+ in research grants through NSF and DARPA proposals
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information science
- Drive intellectual property strategy with 15+ patent applications filed annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent quantum research
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning algorithms
- Proven ability to translate theoretical concepts into experimental results
