Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Develop quantum error correction protocols to enhance computational stability
- Collaborate with hardware teams to bridge theoretical models with physical quantum systems
- Publish groundbreaking research in peer-reviewed journals and leading conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to cross-functional innovation projects

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics principles and quantum information theory
- Proven track record of publishing high-impact quantum computing research
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
