Responsibilities

- Publish high-impact research in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Drive quantum hardware-software co-design with engineering teams
- Secure patents and intellectual property for quantum innovations
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers and lead cross-functional quantum initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum circuit design
- Published work in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Proficiency in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing
- Track record of securing research grants or industry partnerships
