Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning applications
- Develop quantum error correction protocols to enhance qubit stability and computational fidelity

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Mathematics with 3+ years of quantum research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and circuit optimization
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum error correction (Nature/Science/IEEE journals)
- Proficiency in quantum simulation frameworks and high-performance computing environments
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and quantum mechanics
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ) preferred
