Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum computing hardware solutions

- Collaborate with government agencies on quantum security frameworks

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong publication record in quantum information science
- Proficiency with superconducting and photonic quantum systems
