- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning models for C-suite stakeholders
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Drive adoption of exponential technologies (quantum computing, biotech, neural interfaces)
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of anticipatory innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Strong background in at least two exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex insights to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Social Sciences preferred
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight required
