Responsibilities

- Code Review & Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Optimization: Continuously optimize existing systems to ensure they are ready for the performance demands of 2026 and beyond.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture or a related futuristic tech field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems using innovative technical approaches.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
