Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and their societal implications for 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for organizations to adapt to future disruptions and opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future scenarios with stakeholders
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Advise executive leadership on long-term innovation strategies

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, Technology Policy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their intersection with human behavior
- Proven track record of developing scenario-based strategic plans
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking abilities
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Published work in futurism or technology foresight preferred
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) desirable
