Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications

- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors with improved qubit stability
- Publish peer-reviewed research and present findings at leading quantum conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years of quantum research experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Proficiency in quantum simulation tools (Quil, Cirq, TensorFlow Quantum)
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and information theory
- Track record of publications in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Experience with high-performance computing and parallel processing architectures
