Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead cross-functional projects with AI/ML specialists to develop hybrid quantum-classical systems

- Collaborate with hardware teams to mitigate decoherence in 100+ qubit processors

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience

- Published research in quantum information science or quantum hardware
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement and superposition principles
