Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Conduct experimental research on quantum hardware systems including superconducting qubits and ion traps
- Develop error correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum computation
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate theoretical models into practical quantum processors
- Author peer-reviewed publications and present findings at international quantum conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of research experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithm development (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum circuit optimization
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and simulation tools
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields in top-tier journals
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems or quantum control electronics
- Demonstrated ability to secure competitive research grants and funding
