Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for real-world applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq)
- Strong publication record in quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, or IonQ)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction techniques
- Proven ability to translate complex theory into practical solutions
- Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for commercializing quantum tech
