- Secure $5M+ in government grants and industry partnerships
- Develop error mitigation protocols for near-term quantum processors
- Translate theoretical models into production-ready quantum software stacks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware or photonic quantum systems
- Demonstrated ability to secure NSF or DARPA quantum research grants
- Expertise in high-performance computing (HPC) integration with quantum systems
- Strong background in machine learning for quantum state tomography
