Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Lead experimental validation of quantum hardware performance on superconducting qubits

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum computing specialization
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum error correction
- Expertise in quantum circuit optimization and simulation tools
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Proven ability to secure research funding through grant applications
- Experience mentoring graduate students or junior researchers
