Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum error correction
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Quipper) and simulation frameworks
- Published record in quantum computing or related fields (arXiv, Nature journals)
- Experience with quantum hardware (IBM Q, Rigetti, D-Wave) and cloud platforms
- Strong background in linear algebra, complex analysis, and computational complexity
