Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years leading quantum research teams with demonstrated breakthroughs
- Expertise in quantum error correction and topological qubit systems
- Track record of securing $5M+ in quantum research funding
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (IBM Quantum, Rigetti)
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy challenges and mitigation strategies
