Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals (e.g., Nature Quantum Information)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and circuit optimization
- Proven track record of leading quantum computing projects with measurable outcomes
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience securing NSF or DOE grants for quantum research initiatives
- Strong technical writing skills for patents and research publications
