Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm development for commercial applications targeting 2026 deployment
- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures with 100+ qubit stability
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in Nature/Science journals
- Manage cross-functional teams of 8-12 researchers and engineers
- Secure $5M+ in government grants and corporate partnerships
- Develop quantum security protocols for blockchain and financial systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience

- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum assembly languages
- Experience securing DARPA/NSF quantum research grants
