- Secure $5M+ in DARPA/NIST research grants annually
- Mentor postdocs in quantum machine learning techniques

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (top 10 university)
- 5+ years of quantum algorithm development experience
- Published in 3+ Nature/Science papers on quantum systems
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization
- Proven track record of securing federal research grants
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction protocols
- Experience leading cross-continental research teams
