Responsibilities

- Secure $5M+ in federal grants and private partnerships for quantum initiatives
- Author breakthrough publications in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor next-gen quantum engineers through university partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (post-doc preferred)
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Proven track record publishing in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Expertise in quantum error correction protocols and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong background in superconducting qubit systems or trapped ion technologies
- Experience securing government research grants (NSF, DOE, DARPA)
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning algorithms
