Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- 7+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching at least 3 disruptive tech initiatives
- Expertise in emerging tech trends: quantum computing, generative AI, blockchain
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi method)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
