Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record leading disruptive tech initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in emerging tech standards (ISO 20785, IEEE 2651, W3C Web4.0)
- Published research in Nature Futures or similar journals (2020-2023)
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for quantum and AI deployment
