Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms with 99.9% fidelity
- Architect scalable quantum processors operating at room temperature
- Secure $5M+ in federal/state quantum computing grants
- Develop error-correction protocols for 1000+ qubit systems
- Partner with Fortune 500 companies to implement quantum-resistant encryption
- Publish peer-reviewed research in Nature/Science journals
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years experience in quantum computing or superconducting systems
- Published research in top-tier quantum journals
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record of securing government research grants
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes
- Experience mentoring PhD-level researchers
- US citizenship required for government contract work
