Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Expertise in quantum programming languages and circuit optimization
- Proven track record of securing federal quantum research grants
- Strong background in quantum cryptography and post-quantum security protocols
- Experience mentoring research teams with 10+ members
- Knowledge of quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, ion trap, photonic)
