Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for quantum-safe encryption protocols and quantum machine learning models
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford researchers on hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits for real-world enterprise applications
- Mentor junior researchers and publish findings in Nature/Science journals
- Secure $5M+ in NSF and DoD research grants
- Develop patent-pending quantum hardware-software interfaces
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, QAOA) and quantum error correction
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum assembly languages
- Published record in top-tier quantum computing conferences (QIP, QCE)
- Experience with superconducting qubits and ion trap systems
- Strong background in cryptography and post-quantum security standards
