Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of quantum computing research experience with 20+ peer-reviewed publications
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Proven track record leading R&D teams and securing research funding
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in AI/ML integration with quantum systems
- Experience with ethical technology governance frameworks
