Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Collaborate on quantum hardware development with our engineering team
- Develop error correction protocols for scalable quantum systems
- Lead research publications in peer-reviewed journals and conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to technical roadmaps
- Partner with industry leaders to solve real-world quantum computing challenges
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and information theory
- Publication record in quantum computing or adjacent fields
- Experience with quantum hardware simulation and testing frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to work in cross-disciplinary teams
