Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing platforms using superconducting and photonic qubit technologies

- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for real-world enterprise applications
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Secure patents for breakthrough quantum methodologies with commercial viability by 2026
- Establish industry partnerships with Fortune 500 companies for quantum adoption
- Publish research in Nature/Science journals on quantum computational advantages
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of designing quantum circuits with >50 qubit coherence
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC, or topological codes)
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Quil)
