Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for enterprise-scale optimization challenges
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence and error correction
- Develop patent-pending quantum machine learning models for predictive analytics
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum circuit design and topology
- Present breakthrough findings at industry conferences and peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or related field (or equivalent industry breakthrough)
- 5+ years implementing quantum algorithms on real quantum processors
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published research in Nature/Science quantum computing papers
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum development frameworks
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (AWS Braket, IBM Quantum)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts for non-technical stakeholders
