Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum algorithms for real-world applications in finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and data scientists
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement quantum-optimized solutions
- Contribute to open-source quantum frameworks and publish breakthrough research
- Mentor junior scientists and drive innovation in quantum machine learning
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with high-performance computing architectures and cloud quantum platforms
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum information theory, and complexity classes
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
