Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing systems with 100+ qubit coherence
- Lead integration of quantum accelerators with classical HPC infrastructure
- Develop error mitigation protocols for industrial-scale quantum applications
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype quantum machine learning frameworks
- Secure patents for novel quantum circuit topologies
- Mentor junior quantum engineers on emerging protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)

- Proficiency with quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC)
