Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum processors with >1000 qubit capacity
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum security protocols post-quantum cryptography migration
- Architect quantum cloud infrastructure integration with AWS/Azure
- Validate quantum supremacy benchmarks in real-world simulations
- Collaborate with AI teams to develop quantum-enhanced machine learning
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite and government partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum hardware/software architecture
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in superconducting qubit systems or trapped-ion technologies
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
- Clearance for DoD quantum research projects (or eligibility)
