Responsibilities
- Architect quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing systems with 99.99% coherence
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing stacks
- Develop error correction protocols for 2026-scale quantum processors
- Collaborate with AI teams to create quantum-enhanced machine learning frameworks
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through technical proposals
- Mentor a cross-functional team of quantum physicists and software engineers
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years experience with quantum circuit design and QIS
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in superconducting or photonic quantum systems
