Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms solving complex optimization problems
- Lead quantum error mitigation strategies achieving >99.9% fidelity
- Architect secure quantum communication networks leveraging post-quantum cryptography
- Translate theoretical quantum advantage into production-ready industry solutions
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum principles and implementation
- Pioneer quantum machine learning frameworks for predictive analytics
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years implementing quantum algorithms on hardware simulators
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals/conferences
- Proven track record architecting complex distributed systems
