Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum circuits for industrial applications in cryptography and drug discovery
- Lead 15-person quantum research team and publish in Nature/Science journals
- Develop error-correction protocols achieving 99.99% qubit fidelity
- Partner with AWS Braket and Google Quantum AI on cross-platform compatibility
- Secure $20M+ in DoE and NSF grants for quantum initiatives
- Present breakthroughs at Davos and IEEE Quantum Week
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published 3+ papers in Nature/Physical Review X on quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and Q# programming frameworks
- Experience with 100+ qubit quantum processors (IonQ, Rigetti)
- Deep understanding of topological quantum computing models
- Security clearance eligibility for government projects
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum assembly languages
