Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop error-corrected quantum circuits and optimize qubit coherence times
- Lead quantum algorithm research for cryptography, simulation, and machine learning
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Create technical roadmaps for quantum adoption in finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Present quantum strategies to C-suite executives and industry partners
- Mentor quantum engineering teams and establish best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 10+ years experience)
- 5+ years designing quantum circuits or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency with quantum frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and simulators
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Experience with quantum hardware (superconducting, trapped ions, photonic)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel processing
