Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms and error-correction protocols for 2026-era hardware
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and ML specialists
- Develop quantum-secure encryption systems for next-gen data centers
- Research emerging qubit technologies (topological, photonic, etc.)
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
- Patent novel quantum architectures and publish in Nature/Science journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithms
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Experience with cryogenic systems and quantum hardware integration
- Strong background in topological quantum computing theory
- Proven track record of leading technical projects in quantum space
- Clearance for DoD quantum security projects (or ability to obtain)
