Responsibilities

- Lead development of hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization and simulation challenges
- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams to define system specifications and integration protocols
- Drive quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography implementations
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and key industry partners
- Mentor quantum software engineers on algorithm optimization and quantum error correction
- Secure patents for novel quantum computing methodologies and system designs
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of quantum computing experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proven track record of publishing in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation and error correction techniques
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation tools
