Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for industrial-scale applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems
- Lead quantum error correction protocol implementation
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit connectivity
- Create quantum software development frameworks
- Publish breakthrough research in quantum computing theory

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum simulation frameworks
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
