Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (e.g., Nature Quantum)

- Proven track record of developing quantum algorithms with measurable performance gains
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
