Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for real-world applications in finance and healthcare
- Lead implementation of error-correction protocols for 1000+ qubit systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Collaborate with hardware teams on quantum chip architecture
- Create security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish research in IEEE journals
- Drive adoption of quantum computing in enterprise environments
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum computing architecture
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum programming languages
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum systems
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
