Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuits with <0.1% error rates for commercial deployment
- Lead development of hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks
- Collaborate with MIT and Caltech researchers on quantum error correction protocols
- Architect quantum-safe encryption systems for Fortune 500 clients
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Computing Symposium
- Mentor PhD-level researchers in quantum algorithm optimization
- Drive patent strategy for proprietary quantum architectures
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum decoherence mitigation
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and Q# frameworks
- Proven track record of shipping fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Deep understanding of Shor's and Grover's algorithm implementations
- Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain one
- Fluency in quantum hardware specifications (Rigetti, IonQ, IBM)
- Experience leading cross-continental quantum research teams
