Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for optimization problems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning pipelines
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum software development cycles
- Conduct vulnerability assessments for quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams on quantum error correction protocols
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-level stakeholders
- Research emerging quantum computing paradigms (topological, photonic)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum machine learning
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing frameworks
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Deep understanding of Shor's algorithm, Grover's search, and quantum supremacy
