Responsibilities

- Lead quantum simulation projects to validate system performance and identify bottlenecks
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-generation data protection
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish research in leading scientific journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing architecture or algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant systems
- Strong background in superconducting or trapped-ion quantum hardware
- Proven track record of solving complex computational problems with quantum approaches
- Experience with cloud-based quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
