Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures leveraging superconducting qubits and topological systems
- Develop error correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum computation
- Create hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization and simulation challenges
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Establish quantum security frameworks for next-generation communication systems
- Collaborate with industry partners to implement quantum solutions in finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Publish research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum algorithm design or quantum hardware development
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Strong background in superconducting qubit systems or topological quantum computing
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams through complex research projects

- Experience with quantum simulation software (Quil, TensorFlow Quantum)
