Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop quantum algorithms targeting optimization, cryptography, and molecular simulation
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and data scientists in quantum system integration
- Research and mitigate quantum decoherence effects in superconducting qubit systems
- Create quantum error correction protocols for industrial deployment by 2026

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience considered)
