Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms and error-correction protocols for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams integrating quantum solutions with classical computing infrastructure
- Develop quantum software frameworks compatible with major quantum hardware platforms
- Conduct cutting-edge research in quantum supremacy and practical quantum advantage
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals
- Collaborate with product teams to translate quantum capabilities into market-ready solutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published research in quantum computing or demonstrated industry applications
- Expertise in quantum hardware integration (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-experts
