- Develop quantum error correction protocols for industrial-scale systems
- Drive quantum software SDK development for developer ecosystem expansion
- Present breakthrough research at premier quantum computing conferences
- Mentor junior quantum researchers and foster cross-functional innovation
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Demonstrated expertise in quantum error correction techniques
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals/conferences
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
- Experience leading technical teams in R&D environments
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy milestones and roadmaps
